Her0145 house of the Deer
Across the street from the House of the Relief of Telephus is the sumptuous House of the Deer (14). Herculaneum. Two statues of deer were found in the garden. (Her0145) is shown in profile. The fear in the eyes of the deer shown in profile in Her(0145) is palpable.
